Shopping Process
■Ordering method
Ordering can be done via computer or smartphone.
Click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page to add the product to the shopping cart, fill in the delivery information and settle the payment, and the order is completed.
■How to confirm an order
After receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address you registered when ordering, with the subject line "Thank you for your order."
Additionally, when your order is ready to ship, we will send you an email with the shipping information and tracking number for your product with the subject line "Product Shipping Notification."
About listed prices
Listed prices include tax. Shipping costs and total amount will be displayed on the checkout screen (purchase screen).
About payment methods
You can choose to pay by credit card, smartphone or bank transfer.

VISA/MasterCard/JCB/AMEX - Compatible with smartphone payment
Apple Pay/Google Pay - Bank transfer (Japan only)
After completing your order, we will send you an email with the bank account details for the transfer. Transfer fees will be borne by the customer. After confirming your payment, we will process the product shipment.
If payment is not confirmed within 7 days, your order will be cancelled.
About canceling orders
Product orders cannot be canceled once completed.
About returns and exchanges
- We only accept exchanges but not returns for initial defects or incorrect shipments (you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product).
- We are unable to accept transaction cancellations and refunds after shipment due to personal reasons.
